Event #2 Recap: Hall of Famer Joe Ciach Claims Victory at Revs Rose Bowl
Welcome back sports fans! It's been a week since we held our second event of the year at REVS Rose Bowl in Windsor. Thank you to Jeremy Bas and his entire staff for putting us up and giving us the space to get out at a great time even though we started a little later.
We had 72 entries come out and bowl on the 2025 PBA Weber pattern (45ft, 34ml). The squad was led by Windsor legend Daniel Leonard MacLelland and we took a total of 14 bowlers into match play. It was a great day as we had a true mix of bowlers into cut and had deep runs in the tournament... men/women, over/under 50, even had a youth bowler make cut (shoutout to Luke Gates!).
🏆 The Finals
Speaking of which, the finals paired two of our very best over/under bowlers. Representing the under was Dan MacLelland, representing the over, and our newly announced Players Tour Hall of Fame inductee, was Joe Ciach... and the HOFer put on a clinic.
In a great final match, Joe made it all count when it mattered most and took home the title winning 249-224. Congrats to Joe and Dan for incredible performances.
